Chicken kabab

Ingredients
Chicken -250g
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
Chilly powder - 1tbs
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbs
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder - 1/2 tsp
Cornflour - 3 - 4 tbs
Egg white -2 egg's
Food colour- 1 pinch (red)
Salt - to taste
Oil - enough to deep fry

Method
Clean the chicken and cut into 2" cubes. Apply lemon juice and half of above mentioned ingredients except oil, egg white and con flour. Keep aside for 15 minutes. In a pan make a loose paste with egg white, corn flour and the remaing part of ingredients. Dip the chicken pieces into it and deep fry in medium flame. Cooking for long time will harden the pieces.
