FISH TIKKA

Fish- 150 gms
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Cummin seed powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Clove- 1
Ginger- 1 inch piece grated
Garlic- 6 cloves
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder- 1 tsp
Spring onion - 2 pcs
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 5 tablespoons.

Method :

Clean and cut the fish to a medium size 1 1/2 inch size in a cube shape.
Pour juice or vinegar with a little salt.
Add the contents together to make a paste.
Brush it all over the fish. Keep aside to marinate for around 30 min.
Heat the oven at 300 degree. Keep the fish in a baking tray or grill.
Place the grated ginger garlic and spring onion on the fish.
Grill for 10 min. After 5 min apply little oil. Allow to burn a little. Serve hot.
