MATHI FRY - MACKEREL FISH FRY

Ingredients
Fish (mathi) - 5nos
Chilly powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - enough to shallow fry (3tbsp)

Method
Clean and wash the fish, make diagonal slits through it. Marinate the fish with above mentioned ingredients except oil and keep it for 15 minutes. In a pan, heat the oil and shallow fry the fishes for 3 minutes each sides.
