CRAB-ROAST

Ingredient
Crab -250g
Onion -3/4 cup chopped
Tomato -1/2 cup
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tsp
Green chilly chopped - 1 or 2 nos
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp (enough to hot)
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste

Method

Remove the top shell covering and wash the crab.
Heat the oil in a pan ,saute onions when it become transparent put ginger garlic paste and green chilly , stir it till the row smell goes.Add tomato satue it to make a paste.Put turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,stir it for one minute .Pour water, put the crab in to it with enough salt.Add garam masala and fennel seed powder, cover the crab with this masala. Close the pan with a lid and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes in medium flame,when the gravy become dry remove from stove and serve it hot with rice or chappathi.
