Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1/2 kg
Water - enough to wet the rice flour
Coconut - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Method
In a pan put the rice flour (you can get it easily available in the super markets, other wise soak the rice for 3-4 hours, drain and powder it. Heat a pan and fry the flour for 4-6 minutes until the raw smell goes. Add salt, wet the flour with enough water.
Fill it in a putt cylinder (puttukutti). Steam it for 2-3 min. Remove by pushing it gently from the back. Serve hot.
