KAPPA - MASHED TAPIOCA

Ingredients:
Tapioca - 1kg
Coconut - 1 cup grated
Green chilly - 3-4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 pieces
Curry leaves - stalk
Salt to taste

To prepare the mixture, mix all coconut, green chilly, turmeric powder, garlic and
curry leaves and crush it well.
Peel the tapioca and cut into small cubes. Wash the tapioca. Put it in a pan and fill it water till all is fully immersed. Boil it for around 15 minutes till it becomes soft. Drain the water and add the coconut mixture , salt. Keep it for 3-4 min. on medium flame, till the raw smell is gone. Mash it. Serve it with fish curry.
